Drug Related Problems (DRPs) are events or circumstances related to drug therapy that actually have the potential interfere with desired therapeutic outcome. This study aims identify incidence of DRPs in patients type 2 diabetes mellitus who confirmed Covid-19. research is a observational cross sectional design. Data collection was carried out retrospectively by tracing patient medical record data. The number met researcher’s inclusion criteria 125 and on average each had DRPs. categories occurred were indications without drugs for 57 (45,6%), 11 (8,8%), inappropriate selection 45 (36%), inadequate doses 28 (22,4%), overdosage 46 (36,8%), interactions 88 (70,4%)
